💰 Project 8 – Bitaqwa: Zakat Screen
Hi everyone 👋 This is my eighth project, and it’s also my third Flutter project called Bitaqwa – Zakat Screen.
In this project, I created the Zakat page, which is one of the feature buttons on the Bitaqwa dashboard.
This page allows users to calculate their zakat easily based on the total amount of wealth they have 💵.
Users can input their total money, click “OK,” and see the result of how much zakat they need to give — calculated automatically at 2.5%.
The page includes clear sections for Total Wealth, Zakat to Pay, and a simple user interface to make it easy to understand.
In my demo video 🎥, I explain how the Zakat formula works and show the Flutter code that handles the input, calculation, and output.
Through this project, I learned how to use TextField widgets, buttons, and real-time calculations in Flutter, and how to design a clean Islamic-style UI for daily use.
